For registration after the 26 March 2002 (including at the Symposium, add 75 UK pounds to each category).
ISBC Member means that the delegate is a Member of the International Society for Bioluminescence & Chemiluminescence for the current year, and has entered their Membership ID on the Delegate Registration and Accommodation Form (PDF).
Student means a person studying full time for a PhD (not a postdoctoral fellow). Please provide written documentation of your student status from your college or university when purchasing your Symposium Package.
Footnote: If you change your Package at a later date, a handling fee of £15 + VAT will be charged.
Sufficient accommodation has been reserved on behalf of Symposium delegates at Robinson College itself, which is offering us very competitive rates when compared with other accommodation in and around Cambridge.
The College accommodation is modern and of a medium-high 'hotel-standard', and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms (for details see Robinson College accommodation page).
It is possible to opt for the 'no-accommodation package' (for example for delegates based in Cambridge) but we should advise you that accommodation in Cambridge is not inexpensive and usually needs to be reserved well in advance. The conference accommodation also has the advantage of no daily travel expenses.
The complete Symposium package includes all meals from Friday evening to Tuesday breakfast (breakfast, light refreshments, lunch and an evening meal).
Arrangements can be made for those requiring special diets - but please tell us in advance using the Registration form.
There is a college bar, where you can purchase drinks and light refreshments. Robinson College is also just a few minutes walk from the heart of Cambridge, in case you wish to explore the excellent local 'hostelries' and restaurants.
On other websites:
Notification of cancellations must be made to CRTT Ltd by regular airmail or fax; emailed cancellations are not acceptable.
Another person may attend in place of a previously registered delegate, but please advise CRTT Ltd of the name of this person as soon as possible.
CRTT Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Symposium for any reason, in which case delegates who have paid for a Symposium Package will receive a full refund.
Liability Disclaimer: CRTT Ltd assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any injury and/or loss and/or damage during the Symposium. CRTT Ltd strongly recommends that participants arrange their own travel, baggage and health insurance.
