Authors of oral or poster presentations are invited to submit manuscripts to the Editors for inclusion in a Proceedings volume.
Delegates will receive a copy of the book as part of the full registration package. Additional copies may be purchased when you complete your registration form. It is expected to be published in the 4th quarter 2002.
