Preparing your presentation: oral or poster

Presentations
Delegates submitting an abstract can indicate their preference for making their presentation either in oral form (lecture) or as a poster - see Abstract Submission Form. The Scientific Programme Co-chairmen have built the final symposium programme from the submitted abstracts and informed each presenter if they are making an oral presentation (lecture) or a poster presentation.

Oral presentations
These will be in the form of lectures of 20 minutes (including 5 minutes of chaired discussion). A wide range of audio-visual equipment is available.

Poster presentations
Each board is 1.2 m wide x 0.9m high; posters should be attached using Velcro fastenings (which will be provided by Robinson College). Please ensure that text is big enough to be easily read at a distance of 1 metre -- so this will mean about a 14-16 pt font.
