Packard's Constant-Quanta™ "glow" signal luminescent assay technologies - LucLite™, BioLite™, and CytoLite™ enable high throughput screening assays to be performed in the microplate format on the TopCount™ multidetector, Microplate Scintillation and Luminescence Counter in either 96- or 384-well formats.

For lower throughput needs, the LumiCount™ microplate luminometer offers superior sensitivity for reading "glow" signal assays. Featuring digital photon integration technology with automatic gain adjustment for attomolar sensitivity and extended dynamic range, LumiCount also has user selectable incubation temperatures from ambient to 40o C.

For optimum performance, the FluoroCount™ is the only research grade microplate fluorometer with sufficient sensitivity for the detection of CytoGem GFP reporter gene assays in the microplate format. Optimized filter and excitation/emission wavelength technology ensure unbeatable performance for a wide variety of fluorescence applications.
